The seller disputed back, telling PayPal that the items were indeed taken by the admittance of the purchaser himself, as well as forwarding all e-mail contact with the purchaser to PayPal for their additional examination.

Shipping Option 2: “Required.”

Your purchaser needs to commit to purchasing the insurance, quite much whether they wish to or not.
